Not sure which one?

Which one should I start with?

Match it to where the pain is. Neck, or a headache at the base of your skull — the Cervical Traction Device. Between the shoulder blades, or your head sits forward in photos — a Posture Corrector. Lower back — the Back Stretcher. Aching the whole time you sit — the Lumbar Cushion.

Is this only for people with desk jobs?

No. The biggest single cause is phone use, not desk work. Most people spend three to five hours a day with their head tilted forward at a phone — students, drivers, tradespeople, retirees, anyone. A desk job adds to it, but you do not need one to have tech neck.

Can I use more than one at a time?

Yes, and most people do. They cover different hours of the same day. The cushion supports you while sitting. The brace trains posture for twenty minutes. The stretcher and traction device decompress in the evening. They do not conflict.

Posture Corrector or Posture Corrector Pro?

The standard model is lightweight neoprene that sits invisibly under a shirt and works by gentle reminder. The Pro has four steel support frames and covers the lumbar region too — it holds you rather than reminding you. Choose the Pro if a fabric-only brace has stretched out on you before.

How do I get the size right?

Measure with a tape at your natural waistline or underbust — not your trouser or dress size, which vary by brand. If you are between sizes, size up. Email us your measurement and the product you are considering and we will tell you which to order. We would rather spend two minutes on this than process a return.

Are these medical devices?

No. Everything here is a wellness and postural training aid. We make no claim to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you have a diagnosed spinal condition, osteoporosis, a recent injury, or you are pregnant, speak to your doctor or physiotherapist first.
