Before you email about an order

Have your order number ready — it's in your confirmation email and starts with #. It saves us both a round trip.

Sizing help

Tell us your measurement (natural waistline or underbust, in inches) and which product you're considering, and we'll tell you which size to order. We'd rather spend two minutes on this than process a return.

Returns

Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send return instructions. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us — returns sent without instructions can't be matched to your order.
